At www.gorrosquirofano.com, we wanted to join the fantastic Movember Foundation initiative by creating a series of fun surgical caps with mustaches in various colors and by facilitating donations to the Foundation.
What is Movember?
Movember is an annual event where men grow mustaches during the month of November. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness about men’s health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and depression. Activities are organized, and efforts are made to raise money to support research and assist institutions in each country.

Movember Moustache Scrub Cap – Green and Fuchsia
This is one of the scrub caps we’ve created to raise money for the Movember Foundation.
This particular scrub cap features green and fuchsia mustaches with fun designs. Specifically, you’ll see small, colorful mustaches, polka dots, and horizontal and vertical stripes.
Other features of this scrub cap include:

Extend the useful life of our products by following these instructions:
- Preferably hand wash or with a delicate wash cycle at maximum temperature 30º, without bleach or dry cleaning.
- Drying: We recommend not using a tumble dryer, and air drying.
- Do not iron at high temperature, that is, maximum 110 °C and preferably without steam and inside out.
- The garment must not be treated with bleach; it should only be washed with detergents for coloured and delicate garments.
Our surgical caps and surgical bags are made with 100% cotton fabric unless otherwise indicated.

We are aware that choosing more environmentally friendly materials and processes usually involves a slightly higher cost, which is reflected in the final price. We believe it is worth it.
How do we try to minimise our impact?
- We manufacture to order, avoiding overproduction and waste of resources.
- We use digitally printed cotton fabrics with high-quality water-based pigments.
- The printing process does not use a single drop of water and generates minimal waste.
- Colour fixing is done with hot air, without adding chemicals.
- We do not use heat transfer printing.
In this way we reduce water and chemical consumption in the printing phase compared to many conventional processes.
We continue to explore more sustainable options within the possibilities of our small business. Real sustainability requires transparency, which is why we prefer to talk about concrete actions rather than general labels.
Follow the washing instructions that appear on the “Washing Instructions” tab and on the cap’s own label to extend the useful life of your surgical caps.
Important: The colour shade may vary between the image you see on your screen (digital image, edited studio photograph which will always be brighter) and reality.
Important: Due to the technology used in the manufacture of the fabrics we use for our caps, it is not possible to obtain absolute black.
All our caps have a simulated label on the top with our brand name: gorrosquirofano.com.
We will manufacture your surgical cap and surgical bag especially for you.
Manufacturing Time: approximately 6-12 business days. Indicative and non-guaranteed deadline. It may be slightly extended for production reasons. We will do everything possible to send your order as soon as possible. It is not possible to shorten the manufacturing deadline nor will it be sent earlier for birthdays, trips or any other reason.
Shipping Time:
Once manufacturing is completed, approximately it will take:
- 24/48 business hours approximately for Spain-Peninsula.
- 7-15 business days approximately for the Balearic Islands with Correos, standard service, not express and approximate non-guaranteed deadline.
- 7-30 business days approximately for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla with Correos, standard service, not express and approximate non-guaranteed deadline.
- 2-6 weeks approximately (outside Spain) with Correos, standard service, not express and approximate non-guaranteed deadline.
Courier companies deliver following a delivery route and provide us with an approximate delivery time, which may be delayed due to delivery incidents.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact and coordinate the delivery with the courier company; contact them as soon as possible to coordinate the delivery.
Towns and localities outside daily delivery routes may experience delivery delays.
We do not work with stock following our Eco-Friendly policy friendly with the environment.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to cancel it. If you wish to cancel it, you must cover the outbound and return shipping costs to our facilities.
We manufacture surgical caps and surgical bags especially for each customer. Each customer is unique and so is their surgical cap or surgical bag.
**From July 18 to August 26 we will need an additional deadline for manufacturing; we will ship the orders as we finish production. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. If you need more information, contact us before making the purchase. Thank you.**
Shipping Costs
You can easily calculate the shipping costs by adding products to the cart and specifying the Shipping Postal Code and Country there.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we will not apply the taxes corresponding to the rest of the peninsula. The local tax (IGIC, IPSI) is also not included, which you must pay upon collection of the package. The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the destination customs, whether the goods are delivered or not.
In the event that the recipient does not take charge of the customs and the order has to be returned, the recipient will be responsible for the costs generated also in the return shipment. In this case, the difference between the purchased items and the return cost will be calculated. If this amount is positive, the difference will be refunded. If it is negative, they will have to cover the corresponding costs.
International Shipments: Information on payment of taxes and import costs at customs.
The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the destination customs, whether the goods are delivered or not.
In the event that the recipient does not take charge of the customs and the order has to be returned, the recipient will be responsible for the costs generated also in the return shipment. As a general rule, exchanges or returns of our products are not accepted.
This product is manufactured exclusively for you following your instructions, therefore it does not accept cancellations or returns.
We manufacture each of our products especially for each customer and once the order is received, we do not work with stock. For this reason, exchanges or returns are not accepted whether the products are customised or not.
