How long does it take to ship a scrub cap or a surgical bag?

We will manufacture your scrub cap or bag especially for you according to your instructions.

Normally, we need between 6-12 business days to manufacture our products. This period also depends on the production queue and may be slightly longer. If you need a scrub cap urgently, we advise you to purchase ANATOMIE scrub caps.

This timeframe depends on the production queue and the time of year. During summer, the timeframe is slightly longer.

Can I cancel an order?

We manufacture your scrub cap or bag especially for you following your instructions, so cancellation, exchange, or return is not possible. Please check the information for each product.

When will I receive my product?

Once shipped, delivery takes approximately the following timeframes, although delays may occur due to external factors:

  • Approximately 24/48 business hours for Mainland Spain.
  • Approximately 7-15 business days for the Balearic Islands via standard post (non-express); approximate and not guaranteed timeframe.
  • Approximately 7-30 business days for Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla via standard post (non-express); approximate and not guaranteed timeframe.
  • Approximately 2-6 weeks (outside of Spain) via standard post (non-express); approximate and not guaranteed timeframe.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. Please contact the courier company to coordinate delivery.

How long does it take to ship Calzuro Clogs?

Calzuro clogs are served upon request. We must wait for the Calzuro brand to send us your order, which normally takes 4-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 24/48 hours for Mainland Spain.

What are the washing recommendations for scrub caps?

Each product has a label inside with washing recommendations, information that is also explained in the product description.

To extend the life of our scrub caps, we advise following these instructions:

  • Hand wash preferably or use a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C (86°F).
  • Do not bleach or dry clean.
  • For drying, we advise not to tumble dry; let them air dry.
  • Do not iron at high temperatures (max 110°C / 230°F), preferably without steam and inside out.
  • The garment must not be treated with bleach; only wash with detergents for colored and delicate garments.

What are the customization options for your caps?

You can customize your scrub cap with text and images. If you have any preference for color, typography, or text/image placement, please contact us.

How can I send you images so you can create a simulation?

You can do so on the image upload page. There you can send us the images and customization details.

I want to create a unique scrub cap especially for my Clinic, can you help me?
